Report: M&A activity to rise in state, U.S.

The nation’s economy remains pretty shaky. But accounting giant PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) says a June uptick in mergers and acquisitions activity is not a fluke and that deals in Minnesota and across the country will accelerate in the second half of 2012.
